Recovery Merch products are made to order. Please allow time for production as well as shipping.

Where we ship

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Available shipping options depend on your items and delivery address and are shown at checkout.

Production and delivery time

Production typically takes an estimated 2–5 business days before shipment, although some products or busy periods may take longer. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping time is additional to production time. Delivery estimates depend on the item, destination, and carrier and are not guaranteed arrival dates. A faster shipping service, if offered at checkout, does not remove production time.

Shipping charges and promotions

Your available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Charges can vary by product and order contents.

Free-shipping promotions apply only to eligible orders under the advertised offer terms. They may not apply to every product or destination. Check your order summary to confirm any shipping discount before paying.

Tracking and delivery help

For help with tracking, a delayed delivery, or an order that has not arrived, email support@recoverymerch.org with your order number.

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change once production or shipping is underway.
