Shipping policy

Recovery Merch products are made to order. Please allow time for production as well as shipping.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to eligible international destinations offered at checkout. International availability is limited to selected products and supported delivery addresses; not every product, size, or destination is available. Fulfillment and carrier restrictions can change. If your destination or selected item is not available at checkout, we cannot currently accept that combination.

Production and delivery time

Production typically takes an estimated 2–5 business days before shipment, although some products or busy periods may take longer. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping time is additional to production time. Delivery estimates depend on the item, destination, and carrier and are not guaranteed arrival dates. A faster shipping service, if offered at checkout, does not remove production time.

Shipping charges and promotions

Your available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Charges can vary by product and order contents.

Free-shipping promotions apply only to eligible orders under the advertised offer terms. They may not apply to every product or destination. Check your order summary to confirm any shipping discount before paying.

International shipping

International shipping charges vary by destination and are shown in your order summary before payment. Prices and shipping charges are displayed in USD unless the storefront explicitly states another currency. Domestic free-shipping offers do not apply to international orders unless the offer expressly says otherwise.

Products are made and dispatched through our fulfillment partners. Production or shipping may take place in a different country from your delivery address. Orders may arrive in separate packages, and customs processing or carrier disruptions can extend delivery time.

Taxes, duties, and customs

Any taxes or duties collected by us are shown at checkout. Import duties, local taxes, or carrier clearance fees that are not collected at checkout may be charged separately by the destination authorities or carrier. Unless your order explicitly includes those charges or applicable law provides otherwise, you are responsible for paying them. A shipping charge alone does not mean all import charges are prepaid.

Please provide accurate delivery and contact information and respond to any legitimate carrier or customs request needed to release your package. Contact us if you need help with an international delivery.

International returns

Our Returns and Refunds policy applies to international orders, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law. Contact support@recoverymerch.org before mailing a return so we can provide the correct return instructions and destination. For ordinary fit or change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping as described in that policy. Our Omaha correspondence address is not an automatic return destination.

Tracking and delivery help

For help with tracking, a delayed delivery, or an order that has not arrived, email support@recoverymerch.org with your order number.

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change once production or shipping is underway.
